Phos Hilaron on the Compline Underground
Posted November 1, 2011

An interesting article about the Phos Hilaron appeared recently in Ken Peterson's Compline Underground blog. Phos Hilaron was composed for Peter Hallock and the Seattle Compline Choir over 10 years ago, and I am grateful the choir - now directed by Jason Anderson - has accepted the piece into their standard repertoire. Ken's blog also discusses a lovely new recording of the Phos Hilaron by Juli Morgan of Tacoma, WA.

Phos Hilaron is available in both SATB and AATB editions and as a part of the Music for Compline collection.
